(1) In the case of online orders delivery to private customers within Germany will be made free of forwarding costs from an order value of 20.00 Euros upwards. 3.00 Euros forwarding costs will be charged on orders to a value of less than 20.00 Euros. Wherever possible, goods will be sent within a period of three working days as from receipt of order! In particular cases a longer delivery period may be necessary. Orders placed by commercial customers will involve a contribution to forwarding charges. Orders from outside Germany will be supplied on a prepayment basis only and a forwarding charge will also be made. The goods will be dispatched within the delivery periods indicated above as soon as payment has been received. You will be informed of the forwarding costs due when we send you our request for payment. Alternatively you may request information by telephone (tel. no. 0049 (0)2581 6362-154 or -254) or by fax (fax no. 0049 (0)2581 6362-212) prior to placing your order. Within Germany delivery will be made against invoice or on a cash in advance basis at the expense and risk of the ordering party ex publishing house, providing no express agreement has been made in writing which is aberrant from our Terms and Conditions of Business.
 
(2) Orders of an invoice value of 60.00 Euros upwards will be supplied exclusively on the basis of settlement by cash on delivery, direct debit (direct debit is not possible for first-time customers), by credit card or PayPal payment unless a different agreement has expressly been made. Orders from outside Germany will be supplied by credit card or PayPal payment unless a different agreement has expressly been made.

(3) Specific delivery dates can not be guaranteed in the case of new publications and new editions. If delivery periods extend over a period of several months, the FNverlag reserves the right to adjust the price between the order and delivery. If necessary, delivery of an order in partial deliveries is permissible.

(4) Books, CD ROMs, videos, magazines as well as our other products will be forwarded to you in the way which we consider to be most favourable. Any particular regulations or special requests in this respect must be clearly indicated at the time of placing each individual order. In the case of orders in connection with a subscription, the FNverlag reserves the right to make a charge for any additional costs which arise or, if applicable, to reduce to amount of a special discount if delivery to a different address is requested.
