Your personal data are safe with us

At the FNverlag your satisfaction is our prime concern, and one of our tasks in this connection is to ensure protection of your private sphere. We use the information we have collected about you in order to execute orders and to make shopping with us easier for you. Please see below for our answers to some of the most important questions regarding data protection.

What information do we collect? How do we use it?

When you place an order with us, we have to ask you for your name, e-mail address, postal address, your bank code and account number and/or the number and date of expiry of your credit card. This enables us to process and execute your order and to keep you informed about your status. If you take part in a competition or some other special promotion, we need your name, postal address and e-mail address so that we can contact you if required. The information collected in connection with your purchase is used in order to expand our personal recommendation to you. In order to improve the appearance and structure of our offer, we also analyse our customers' behaviour on our website. Furthermore, we use the information we have stored to inform you from time to time about our special promotions, new appearances and other activities which may be of interest to you. It is possible for you to cancel this information at any time by deactivating the relevant box on the "my account" page.

If the data is processed in the context of centralised data processing by service providers within the FNverlag for purposes of improving customer service or for technical reasons, we shall implement appropriate measures to ensure that the data privacy of our customers is fully protected.
